Each piece is sewn and hand-painted by the founder, one by one, after your order. Nothing is produced in advance.
Allow 2 to 5 days between your order and shipping. During busy periods, this delay may be extended: you will then receive an email to keep you informed.
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon shipment, with your tracking number.
